STOCKROOM MANAGER – HARRODS | MAX MARA

We are looking for a Stockroom Manager to join our team at the Max Mara Boutique inside Harrods, London.

The Stockroom Manager will be responsible for managing all logistical and organisational activities related to product, ensuring efficient stock flow and accuracy across all channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound and outbound product movements accurately and on time;

  • Ensure proper acceptance, organisation, and care of all stock deliveries;

  • Oversee regular replenishment (pick & pack) from the external platform to maintain optimal stock levels on both the shop floor and in stockrooms;

  • Continuously rationalise stock across all areas (Shop Floor SR, Off Shop Floor SR, Platform);

  • Manage end-of-season returns and transfers back to HQ;

  • Organise and supervise year-end and category-specific inventories to guarantee accuracy of stock on hand;

  • Oversee digital sales operations (B2E).

Profile:

  • Previous experience in RTW product management or luxury/menswear stock operations preferred;

  • Experience within a department store environment is an advantage, given the additional layers of standards and operational procedures;

  • Strong organisational and time management skills;

  • Accuracy, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
