Job Description

The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for defining the Brand's display guidelines, ensuring consistency of the visual merchandising image with company standards and the identity of the collections. The main objectives of the position include: 1) Develop display strategies and visual merchandising guidelines consistent and in synergy with company objectives thanks to constant contact with the Retail Department 2) Set up the Visual Merchandising Books and create the store setups; 3) Develop training activities ensuring the transfer of business logic and visual merchandising techniques;

Qualifications

1.01 He liaises with the Style office and supports the Head of Visual Merchandising Design by participating in the creation of the Brand's display guidelines for the reference season and for special projects''
1.02 He is responsible for the organization and implementation of marketing activities creation of the V.M. Books in accordance with company standards and the identity of the collections, guaranteeing an adequate level of image''
1.03 Supports the Manager in the six-monthly placement of resources on internships and in the organization of training activities''
1.04 Is responsible for drawing up the lines exhibition guide intended for sales points''
1.05 Is responsible for designing and providing both general and visual training for each individual project, in order to develop and keep the know-how of market representatives updated''
1.06 Is responsible of the creation of displays for internal product presentations
1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities
1.08 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business.
1.09 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational-cultural actions for Sustainable Development , understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the 'Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community'
