Max Group Management Corporation is a security company located in Panama City Beach, Florida. We hire Security Guards to protect Beach Resorts from trespassers, vandalism, thefts and other crimes that could potentially occur without our presence.  

Need Security officers who are fit, professional and dependable to man posts within the resort that they are assigned to.  Those post will include all entrances to the property, parking garages, pool decks and other areas where security issues need to be addressed. 

A high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing

Must already possess or be able to obtain a Class D Security License

Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitor

Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public

Effective oral and written communication skills

Active listening skills

Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively

Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
