Job Description
Attracts potential parents by answering their calls and questions; providing
information about the school and the learning experience
Opens parents accounts by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolves parents’ problems by clarifying the parents' complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Perform all administrative related tasks to register new students and increase
registration rates
Perform reporting tasks to monitor customer service quality and standards
Provides administrative support to Mavericks teams
Provides administrative support in preparing and maintaining the company
documentations
Manages Mavericks parents’ interviews’ calendar
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Reports to Parents Advocate
Qualifications
Have 1 year + of customer service and administrative work
Have good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Demonstrates strong initiative, good judgment and high attention to detail.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and to interact at all organizational levels
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines
