Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads through inbound and outbound outreach
  • Build strong relationships with clients to establish trust, understand their needs, and ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Conduct virtual and in-person demos showcasing drones, robotics, and tech solutions
  • Track and maintain client interactions using HubSpot CRM
  • Create quotes, proposals, and follow-ups with precision and personality
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach
  • Travel as needed for trade shows, training events, or client demos (sometimes on short notice)
  • Be comfortable on camera for product videos, marketing content, or social media features
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion when working with private or sensitive clients
  • Stay current on new technology and product developments

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (tech or equipment industries a plus)
  • Must hold or have plans to obtain a valid passport or Real ID for travel purposes
  • A current Part 107 Remote Pilot License is an advantage, but not required
  • Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, or similar tools (training provided)
  • General interest or background in drones, robotics, or related fields
  • Excellent verbal communication, confidence, and adaptability
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills — flexible under pressure
  • Must be comfortable with both inside and outside sales roles
  • Willingness to travel by car or plane 2–10 times per year for events or client engagements
