About the role and team
Our personal injuries team are dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Personal Injuries team as a Legal Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This role can be based out of our North Lakes or Chermside offices.
Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, file and document management, preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence, and providing comprehensive day‑to‑day administrative support to the legal team. You will also work closely with other Legal Assistants within the team, contributing to a collaborative working environment and assisting with the training and mentoring of team members as required.
The experience we are looking for
If you are an experienced Legal Assistant looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you! Our firm is seeking someone with experience in either plaintiff or defendant law, within a Personal Injuries practice group.
The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to grow and develop their skills in a fast‑paced and rewarding role. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients, often being their first point of contact, and will be in frequent communication with them throughout their matter.
