About the role

Are you driven by data and keen to make a real impact? #TeamMB is looking for a Marketing Insight Analyst in a newly created role reporting directly to our Commercial Marketing Lead.

You’ll play a key role in driving performance across client intake and marketing analytics - helping us connect more people with the justice they deserve.

You’ll be instrumental in improving conversion rates, streamlining reporting workflows, and delivering insights that shape strategic decisions. Working across multiple data platforms, you’ll collaborate with teams in Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Digital to embed data-led thinking into our client intake processes.

From maintaining daily intake reports to leading marketing accruals and reconciliation, your work will uncover opportunities, support continuous improvement, and contribute to smarter, more efficient ways of working across the firm.

You’re a curious and proactive marketing reporting expert who thrives on uncovering the “why” behind the numbers. You bring a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement. You’re confident working independently, managing multiple priorities, and communicating insights clearly across teams.

You’ll have:

  • Proven experience in marketing analytics
  • Experience in Google tagging is essential
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Experience with Power BI or a strong willingness to learn.

  • Familiarity with QlikSense, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • An understanding of financial and client intake principles is a plus.
