The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the People & Culture Manager (North Injuries), this is an exciting opportunity for a P&C Business Partner to play a pivotal role in delivering key projects that will enhance our workforce, strengthen our team, and shape the future of our organisation. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Your Impact
- Drive execution of key projects that support business transformation and operational excellence.
- Lead critical data reviews and workforce structure projects to help us build a stronger, more agile organisation.
- Manage project workstreams, actions, and stakeholder follow-through to deliver outcomes on time and to a high standard.
- Prepare repeatable frameworks and toolkits to enable consistent and scalable project delivery.
- Drive and enable change management initiatives, helping teams adapt and thrive through periods of change.

What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy and focus on collaboration.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills; you are solution focused.
- Pragmatic approach to applying HR theory to business.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and or experience in HR.
- Commercial experience in HR advisor and/or consultant roles with experience working with senior stakeholders and in professional services environments.
- Proficiency in HR systems and processes.
- Understanding of Australian Employment law framework and the importance of compliance.
