Job Description

We are seeking an Expert Product Manager to join our organization in Berlin, Germany. In this strategic role, you will lead the vision and execution of our product portfolio, driving innovation and market impact. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, making data-driven decisions that shape our product direction and contribute to organizational success.

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market gaps and positioning opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver products on time and within scope
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics; analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize performance
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback through user research, interviews, and analytics to drive product improvements
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress, challenges, and opportunities to executive leadership
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure exceptional user experience and usability across all product touchpoints
  • Conduct pricing analysis and develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape developments

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead product management role
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, metrics interpretation, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks with experience managing product development cycles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and create actionable roadmaps
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • MBA or equivalent advanced business experience
  • Experience with SaaS products and subscription-based business models
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design methodologies
  • Experience in the European market or familiarity with European business practices
  • Background in pricing strategy and revenue optimization
  • Experience managing products in fast-paced, startup, or scale-up environments
