Job Description
The Opportunity:
Responsible for leading the delivery of People & Culture Operations services across China and Hong Kong. This role acts as the primary operational partner for employee lifecycle administration, Workday governance, employee and manager support, and operational compliance. The Partner, P&C Operations serves as the local operational lead, ensuring consistent service delivery, data integrity and process standardization while supporting regional P&C Operations priorities.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Act as the operational lead for P&C Operations activities across China and Hong Kong.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration processes.
- Manage Workday transactions, organisational changes and employee data updates.
- Support employee and manager inquiries and case management activities.
- Ensure compliance with local employment requirements and operational processes.
- Monitor data integrity and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.
- Support audit, reporting and governance activities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and Business Partners to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Operations Coordinators as required.
- Support implementation of regional P&C Operations initiatives and service delivery standards.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of People & Culture / Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle administration and HR operations.
- Experience with Workday and HR systems.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholder groups in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of local employment legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
