Mattel is seeking a Analyst IT JAMF to support the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of our Apple endpoint management environment within a global enterprise. 

This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting JAMF Pro to deliver modern endpoint management for macOS devices. You'll work closely with the Intune, SCCM, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Endpoint Engineering, User Experience Engineering, and Security teams to deliver a secure, reliable, and consistent endpoint experience across our global workforce. 

This is an engineering-focused role responsible for implementing, administering, troubleshooting, and continuously improving Mattel's Apple endpoint management platform. In addition to engineering the platform, you'll serve as a technical escalation point for Endpoint Engineers, VIP Support, and Mobile Device Management teams, helping resolve complex macOS and Apple ecosystem issues that impact users across the enterprise. 

What You'll Do 

Apple Endpoint Engineering 

• Configure, administer, and maintain JAMF Pro in a global enterprise environment.  

• Deploy and manage macOS applications, scripts, configuration profiles, and policies.  

• Configure and support Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), Volume Purchasing (VPP), and APNs integrations.  

• Support macOS enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management.  

• Plan and deploy macOS operating system upgrades, security updates, and application patching.  

Platform Administration 

• Monitor platform health, device compliance, and deployment success.  

• Troubleshoot complex JAMF and macOS management issues.  

• Develop automation using shell scripting and JAMF policies to improve operational efficiency.  

• Create and maintain technical documentation, engineering standards, and operational runbooks.  

• Evaluate new Apple technologies and recommend improvements to the endpoint platform.  

Cross-Team Collaboration 

• Partner with Intune and SCCM Engineers to deliver a consistent endpoint experience across Windows and macOS platforms.  

• Collaborate with the Mobile Device Management team to align Apple mobile devices with enterprise mobility standards.  

• Work closely with Endpoint Engineers, UX Engineering, Security, and Software Support teams on enterprise endpoint initiatives.  

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, enterprise technology rollouts, and major platform upgrades.  

• Support major incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives. 

• 3+years of Experience administering JAMF Pro in an enterprise environment.  

• Experience supporting macOS device management, configuration profiles, policies, and application deployment.  

• Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), Volume Purchasing (VPP), and APNs.  

• Experience managing macOS operating system upgrades and application patching.  

• Experience with Bash, Zsh, or other scripting languages.  

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience supporting large enterprise macOS environments.  

• Experience integrating JAMF with Microsoft Intune or identity platforms.  

• Familiarity with JAMF Connect or other Apple ecosystem technologies.  

• Experience supporting Apple mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) within an enterprise.  

• JAMF 200/300 certification or equivalent experience.
