Job Description

The Opportunity: 

The Commercial Operations role supports the execution of commercial marketing processes by delivering data-driven insights, reporting, and operational coordination across regions. This role plays a critical part in enabling visibility into brand performance, supporting planning cycles, and maintaining consistency in reporting and governance. Working closely with cross-functional and regional partners, the analyst helps ensure disciplined execution of the commercial marketing operating rhythm and contributes to informed decision-making at the global level.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Performance Reporting & Analytics

  • Support consolidation of regional performance data (revenue, margin, A&P, forecasts) into standardized reports 
  • Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities and highlight key insights for leadership 
  • Assist in preparing materials for business reviews (monthly, quarterly) and planning cycles 
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs and reporting definitions across regions 

Commercial Planning Support

  • Coordinate inputs from regions to support annual operating plan (AOP) and longrange planning processes 
  • Maintain planning templates, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency 
  • Track A&P spend against guidelines and flag variances 

Operating Rhythm & Process Coordination

  • Support execution of the commercial marketing calendar (e.g., monthly reviews, QBRs) 
  • Prepare agendas, capture action items, and track follow-ups to ensure accountability 
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting and planning processes 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with regional commercial teams, finance, sales, and insights to gather inputs and validate data 
  • Act as a coordination point to ensure timely and accurate information flow 
  • Support alignment of materials with global standards and frameworks 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, finance, or a 
  • related field 
  • Experience working with data sets, reporting tools, or dashboards (e.g., Excel, Power 
  • BI, Tableau) 
  • Exposure to cross-functional or matrixed environments preferred 
  • Strong analytical capability with attention to detail and data accuracy 
  • Ability to interpret financial and performance data and translate into insights 
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools 
  • Ability to synthesize information into clear, concise summaries 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfortable preparing materials for leadership audiences with guidance 
  • Effective collaborator across teams and geographies 
  • Organized with strong time management and follow-through 
  • Demonstrates accountability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment 
  • Structured thinker with a process-oriented approach 
  • Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements 
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
