Job Description
The Operations Specialist, OD & Inclusion is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and coordination of strategic initiatives across the global OD & Inclusion team, including Organization Development & Transformation, Talent, Learning, and Inclusion. This role will serve as the central operational point of support for the VP and their direct reports globally owning project workflows, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and cross-functional communications. This role ensures the team operates efficiently and effectively, enabling a smooth experience for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Project & Program Coordination
- Manage project plans, timelines, and action trackers across key OD, Talent, L&D, and Inclusion initiatives
- Lead documentation and logistics for cross-functional enterprise programs and internal enablement sessions
- Vendor & Contract Management
- Track all contracts and SOWs, ensuring timely renewals, routing, and approvals
- Coordinate onboarding of vendors and external consultants
- Serve as liaison between team leaders and Procurement/Finance teams
- Budget Tracking & Financial Operations
- Monitor budget spend and forecasts in collaboration with VP
- Track learning and development investments, inclusion program expenses, and vendor invoice
- Ensure consistent financial tracking across the team
- Internal Communications & Coordination
- Owns coordination and quality control of published enterprise communications in alignment with OD & Inclusion team leads. This includes maintain pertinent content up to date across all employee communication platform
- Manage executive briefing materials for enterprise initiatives
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or people & culture project support roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with budget management, vendor coordination, and internal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and cross-functional stakeholder support experience
- Uses judgement to prioritize competing timelines across multiple enterprise programs
- Experience and comfort working across multiple time zones
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a People function or supporting a people & culture leader
- Comfort working in matrixed organizations with competing priorities
