The Team:
This role actively contributes to Mattel space strategy at Walmart and leads planogram execution and space reporting for internal Mattel Sales. Externally, you will interact with Walmart’s Category Advisor, Merchant and Mod Planning critical to our business success.
Job Description
The Opportunity:
This job requires the ability to understand and leverage data to influence customer decisions and the ability to build a shelf merchandising plan aligned with Mattel’s strategic vision. This role will be based in the Rogers, AR Mattel office.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Applicable work or school experience in analytics, analytic programming, category management, trade marketing, merchandising, sales forecasting/analysis, consumer and/or sales research
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - expert knowledge of Excel a plus
- Experience with analyzing data from Retailer POS and/or syndicated data required
- Expertise with JDA Space Planning or similar space planning tool a plus
The annual base salary range for this position is between $68,000 and $85,000**
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience
