Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to support technology strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, and systems optimization initiatives across professional and public-sector environments.
This role is suited for a consultant who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and operate effectively in structured, high-accountability institutions.
Depending on experience, you may lead engagements or collaborate within multidisciplinary advisory teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing IT infrastructure, systems, and controls
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with institutional strategy
- Advise on cybersecurity, risk management, and data protection practices
- Support system migrations, cloud transitions, and digital transformation initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend legal practice management systems, case management systems, document management platforms, and enterprise applications
- Oversee vendor selection, procurement processes, and implementation governance
- Draft technical assessments, risk reports, and executive briefings
- Ensure compliance with applicable data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing advisory support and troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications

Core Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of relevant IT consulting or technology leadership experience
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with legal or judicial/court technology systems
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing technology vendors and implementation projects
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent) preferred
