Job Description
Temporary, Part Time, Days
The candidate will perform the following tasks:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail
- Write business letters, reports or office memorandum using MS Office Suite
- Answer telephone inquiries from clients and candidates, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries
- Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes
- File documents
- Undertake other duties such as required
- The candidate will also get involved in other areas of the business and given a chance to learn and develop their skills
Qualifications

- Ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Neat personal appearance
- Good motivational skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
