Job Description

We're looking for a customer centric Support Engineer to actively provide support to our customers during night. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will find solutions to problems with the products and help customers work through technical difficulties.

Job duties may include:

Filing reports regarding product problems
Researching technical issues
Walking customers through solutions
Learning about product updates

Requirements
Proven work experience in customer support
Knowledge of FTP/SFTP Setup
Familiarity with JSON
