Job Description

As the Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for driving onboarding success across the MENA region through direct channels and through of our many partners, as well as build an excellent correspondence between the us and our fast growing user base of real estate companies. To work in this position, you have to be interested in seeing our users succeed in their own businesses. This role requires a combination of knowledge of new web and mobile apps, solid English communication skills, both oral and written, and service-minded B2B customer onboarding experience.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and prioritize which users to onboard first.
  • Communicate with users from the start of onboarding process to fully onboarded.
  • Decrease the numbers of days it takes to onboard a new user.
  • Improve the success ratio of onboarding process by handling blockers.
  • Train users on how to connect to free and paid property portals.
  • Train users on how to publish their listings on their own website and social media.
  • Provide an exceptional service that results in more users with higher app usage.
