Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Supervisor- Order Fulfillment to oversee end-to-end order processing. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders while optimizing workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, process driven, and a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
Organizational Relationship:
The Supervisor - Order Fulfillment reports to the Manager – Order Fulfillment for the Builder Channel.
Overall Accountabilities
Work with Sales and Leadership Team to ensure the expectations of our builders are met with regards to timely and complete delivery and installation.
Timely and accurate ordering of all jobs is the goal for the Team
Ability to travel as required. Estimated travel currently anticipated for this position is <5%.
Other duties, incidental or regular, may be assigned at management’s discretion.
Diagnose and prescribe solutions to resolve Customer concerns.
Work with Design and Sales Teams to address ongoing concerns regarding plan changes and custom processes, and program changes.
Work with Sales and Builder Teams to correct ongoing selection and P.O. concerns.
Ensure Team is following established processes.
Complete daily management boards on a weekly basis with Team.
Coaching Team members as needed or within set meetings.
Addressing and resolving conflicts as they arise within the Team.
Establishing goals for the Team (monthly, yearly).
Attending in person Customer meetings as needed.
Understand the Customers scheduling systems and train others as needed.
Maintain a professional work environment.
Be proactive regarding problems/concerns that may arise day to day.
Work with Digital and Technology Teams on potential enhancements to systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Highly developed problem solving and project management skill
Consultative skills
Ability to deliver training to large groups – experience preferred
Demonstrated coaching skills
Familiar with diverse Installation / Field Sales and Operational processes
Demonstrated capability to learn product lines and manufacturing processes as they relate to the Builder Channel
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to use information technology (internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, AS400)
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
Demonstrated conflict management skills
Ability to setup, track, and document results as required
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
Ability to follow existing guidelines and establish improved procedures
Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm
