Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of assets in the digital asset management system, ensuring assets are added promptly, and metadata fields are aligned with business needs.

Organizational Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Sr. Specialist, Visual Assets and Design

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of creative assets within our Digital Asset Management system.
  • Upload existing digital assets into the DAM software.
  • Catalog assets and enter appropriate metadata.
  • Participation in special projects.
  • Collaborate with and learn from marketing team members.
  • Own and execute assigned projects.
  • Catalog printed CGI textures color standards.

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail  
  • Exceptional organizational skills   
  • Quick learner
  • Proficient in time management and effective task prioritization   
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal  
  • Recent college graduate with a degree in marketing or a related field, or currently enrolled in a college or university.
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
  • Prior experience with a Digital Asset Management system is a plus.
  • Graphic Design experience (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) is a plus.
