Job Description

The Sr. Director, Dealer Product & Channel Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies within the dealer and builder channels to drive profitable growth and increase market share.  This strategic leadership position will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to develop product portfolios and value propositions across all brands while keeping long-term growth potential in focus.  

This role may be worked remotely with expected travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement dealer and builder channel strategies, focusing on channel GTM vision, product and sales teams, and customers.
  • Manage the multi-branded deployment of all cabinet brands that span the price spectrum of MBC’s dealer businesses.
  • Analyze target markets and build an overall channel opportunity model by segment, growth, and trends.
  • Execute marketing plan to deliver targeted sales and profits.
  • Manage and develop a team of direct reports focused on creating and implementing channel-specific programs, promotions, product offerings, sales tools, training events, and other related growth strategies for MBC’s entire portfolio of brands.
  • Work with Sales, Brand, and Product teams to manage brand and merchandising promotion plans as well as product, distribution, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 7+ years of experience in the building products industry with a product, marketing, and/or sales background.
  • Possess or obtain intimate knowledge of industry products, services, distribution, customers & competitors.
  • Background or experience with lean tools is recommended.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract insights.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners.
