Job Description

The HR Technology Analyst is a key member of the HR Technology Team at MasterBrand, providing first line support for all questions and requests coming to the HR Technology team. The HR Technology Analyst will be responsible for completing regular data loads into Workday, running weekly audit reports, updating employee data records and master data setup, troubleshooting common system issues, providing requested data for regulatory reporting, and addressing all Workday business process tasks assigned to HR Technology. In addition, this role will assist with testing system changes, maintaining security assignments, monitoring internal controls, and gathering evidence to demonstrate SOX compliance. This role will be remote with up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional end-user Workday support by promptly addressing various questions, troubleshooting system issues, delivering requested reports, and triaging complex queries and change requests to the appropriate HR Technology team members.
  • Partner closely with the Total Rewards, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate employee payments are loaded into Workday each week, including running regular audits to validate plan eligibility.
  • Uphold overall data integrity throughout Workday by proactively auditing and updating employee data records and maintaining core data setup values, organization hierarchies, etc.
  • Evaluate and complete all Workday business process Inbox tasks that are assigned to the HR Technology team for action.
  • Collaborate with senior HR Technology team members to support configuration testing, evaluation of Workday release features, developing job aids, and maintaining security assignments.
  • Execute regular internal control activities such as segregation of duties monitoring, system change control reconciliation, and gathering data for SOX audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2 years’ experience with Workday HCM, preferably including EIBs
  • Familiarity with Human Resources standards and procedures
  • Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to quickly react and address urgent requests
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions necessary for ad hoc data analysis and auditing
