Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources functions within the organization, ensuring alignment between management objectives and employee performance. The role focuses on building a strong organizational culture, supporting business needs, and ensuring effective HR systems and processes. 

The position is based in Tanail, Beqaa, with required commuting to the Baabda office and Faqra once according to needs.
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitor the regular implementation of HR protocols and procedures set by management across the organization  

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance  

  • Nurture a positive, structured, and professional working environment  

  • Assess training needs and implement training programs accordingly, while monitoring effectiveness  

  • Coordinate pay plans and benefits programs with management and finance  

  • Monitor motivational strategies and engagement practices across the organization  

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital  

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and workplace issues  

  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process  

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics  

  • Ensure proper HR data tracking and reporting using advanced tools such as AI. 

 

Technical Skills 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and HR reporting dashboards  

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management  

  • 2 to 5 years of professional HR experience (administrative or HR-related positions acceptable)  

  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making  

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and organizational structure  

  • People-oriented and results-driven personality
