It started with the iconic blue arak bottle and built a solid reputation locally and internationally. Today, Massaya operates across three locations in Lebanon: Tanaïl in the Beqaa Valley, Faqra with a Wine Resort, and the main offices in Baabda. Massaya is embracing modern practices by operating with international firms and enhancing its brand equity and marketing departments.

Job Description

  • Promote and sell Massaya products across assigned areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Follow up on sales orders, deliveries, and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and explore new business opportunities.
  • Support promotional events, tastings, and brand activations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wine, beverages, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Available to move between branches when needed.
  • Valid driving license and personal car are a plus.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on seasonal needs, including Saturdays and holidays during peak periods.

Compensation:

  • Base salary

  • Commission on sales

  • Incentives based on performance
