Massaya is a Distillery & Winery established in the 90’s by the Ghosn brothers in partnership with French Brunier & Hebrard families. It launched in 1996 the iconic blue arak bottle, capturing a sizable market share locally and internationally. Today, Massaya operates across three locations in Lebanon: Tanaïl in the Beqaa Valley, Faqra (with a Wine Resort) on Mount Lebanon, and its main offices in Baabda. Massaya is embracing modern practices by integrating AI while enhancing its Sales and Marketing departments.

Job Description

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure they align with business needs.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate stock records using Dolphin Software.
  2. Stock Coordination & Control:
    • Ensure proper storage and organization of stock to prevent damage or loss.
    • Monitor stock movements, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage stock replenishment.
  3. Dolphin Software Management:
    • Use Dolphin Software to record stock transactions, generate reports, and track stock movements.
    • Ensure all inventory data is accurately entered and updated in the system.
    • Troubleshoot basic issues related to Dolphin Software and liaise with IT or support teams if needed.
  4. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Generate stock reports from Dolphin Software and share insights on inventory levels.
    • Ensure all stock transactions are properly recorded and documented.
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Inspect stock upon arrival and ensure it meets quality standards.
    • Report any damaged, missing, or expired items.
  6. Collaboration & Support:
    • Work closely with the finance and operations teams to optimize stock management.
    • Assist in stock forecasting and demand planning.
  7. Procurement Support:
    • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate ordering of stock items based on inventory levels.
    • Request purchase orders for low-stock or out-of-stock items in coordination with department needs.
    • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve order-related issues.
  8. Site Visits:
    • Visit Massaya Faqra once per week to oversee and manage on-site stock needs.
    • Visit the Baabda office once every two weeks to coordinate on inter-branch inventory and supply alignment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in inventory management, stock control, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Dolphin Software or similar inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

Additional Information

Presence

  • Primary Location: Beqaa (Massaya & Co Tanail)

  • One day per week in Faqra

  • One day every two weeks in Baabda
