Job Description

The Senior Manager – P&C Governance, Controls and Assurance plays a critical role in enabling the organisation’s growth and transformation agenda by strengthening governance, controls, reporting discipline and strategic oversight across the global People & Culture (P&C) function.

The role acts as a strategic connective layer between enterprise strategy, global markets and P&C execution, ensuring that decisions, investments, risks and outcomes across the P&C agenda are effectively governed, consistently reported and aligned to organisational priorities as the business scales globally.
