Job Description

To execute and process all aspects of the document control system and process for the project management office, in order to support the smooth flow of daily activities. 

  • Control of documents
  • Sharing of information
  • Management of Collaboration Management System Software
  • Maintenance of registers 
  • Support with internal and external stakeholder relations
  • Compliance with standards and forms
  • Preparation of relevant updates and reports

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or relevant technical diploma

Additional Information

Preferred Experience:

  • 4 years in a similar role involving document control and management, in a complex project environment
  • Thinkproject - electronic document managment system implementation 

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively across the organization, including all business units
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of document management systems such as "Documentum" and "Oracle Primavera Contract Management"
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure
