Job Description
What You’ll Do
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
- Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
- Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
- Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care
- Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
You’re outgoing, organized, and motivated to succeed. You work well with people, manage multiple priorities, and bring a positive attitude to every interaction.
Requirements:
- Availability to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week
- Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
