Job Description

This position will be responsible for performing accounting functions across all departments and preparing year-end work. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Work effectively with employees in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Departments to solve complex accounting problems
  • Provide information to external accounting firms for them to prepare audits and tax returns
  • Create adhoc reports, participate in budgeting and other accounting fuctions as needed

This position is in located in our Hanover, MD office and we do not allow for a remote work option. Our office hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in accounting/finance or equivalent work experience. Qualified candidates should possess strong accounting knowledge, have great problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
