Job Description

This entry-level position has both customer service and administrative responsibilities.  The individual hired for this role will interface with our Resident Service Department as well as provide admin/clerical assistance to upper level management.  The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee USPS and interoffice mail
  • Order appliances for apartment communities
  • Cover corporate office reception desk when necessary
  • Inventory and order corporate office supplies
  • Maintain corporate office copiers & fax machines


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have good people skills (customer service experience is a plus)
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Have a basic understanding of word processing and spreadsheets
  • Be a self-motivated and dependable professional
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have own transportation
