Duties include, but are not limited to, general repairs, completion of service orders, renovation and preparation of apartments for re-rental, maintaining/repairing HVAC equipment, and related duties as required.
All applicants must have reliable transportation. Background check and drug screening required.
Some positions have the option to live on or live off the property.
Some positions require participation in after-hours on-call emergencies on a rotating schedule.
HVAC/CFC certification is preferred, but we are willing to train the correct individual.
