Job Description
This person needs to have experience with Artifacts, and delivery of large multi-year programs. Strategic, broad technical skills, understands architectural framing docs and conceptual docs. Excellent verbal and written communication, a collaborative individual with good business acumen. Understanding of SDLC. Health care experience is preferred but not mandatory. A HUGE piece of the experience is having exp with Enterprise Governance, someone who can lead a tech evaluation, develop a business case to evaluate, recommend, purchase and implement technology.
1. Analyze, design and lead tasks related to the development of an end-to-end solutions architecture.
2. Consults with application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture. Identify gaps and opportunities for modification to principles, standards and architectures based on new understanding.
3. Lead the implementation of a Solutions Architecture based on enterprise business requirements and IT strategy.
4. Develop the solutions viewpoint, in which the business, information and technology viewpoints are synthesized into solutions that deliver capabilities to the enterprise.
5. Define repeatable rules for how to implement solutions in more repeatable or reusable ways.
6. Identify exceptions to established architecture principles, guidelines and standards including determining corrective action plans. Work within established governance practices to secure resolution.
7. Participate in TRB and review corrective action plans in preparation for governance reviews.
8. Lead and coordinate the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction.
9. Guide the enterprise strategy development through environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development.
10. Contribute to the IT strategy and ensures alignment with architectural strategy and business goals.
11. Analyze, designs, and develops a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
12. Define principles that guide technology decisions and the relationship between enterprise business context (industry and market trends) and specified technology.
