We are a one-stop-shop for residential real estate consisting of three departments: 1) Real Estate Brokerage, 2) Property Management, and 3) Private Money Lending.

You should not only be able to take direction well with attention to detail, but be assertive and ready to exercise good, independent judgment when necessary. In this job role you will be working directly under our VP of Marketing on a wide variety of marketing efforts including, but not limited to social media, graphic design, internet marketing, and email marketing, all with the purpose of preserving and strengthening our image and branding while attracting a higher quality and quantity of clients. You will also have some involvement in managing our online and in-person real estate seminars, which we do to generate new prospective clients.

Major Responsibilities:

• Heavy Inbound marketing, moderate Outbound marketing
• Advanced email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
• Managing and promoting educational real estate meetings, events and seminars
• Manage social media accounts
• Online marketing with advanced online research, data mining, with the ability to create and track metrics
• Light graphic design
• Moderate content writing and sales copy skills

• Background working for a real estate firm
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, or Communications major preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint is a must)
• Articulate, engaging, and grammatically correct writing
• Positive attitude, friendly, and teamwork oriented
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Proactive, observant, and takes initiative

Special Experience:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Email Marketing Automation (NetResults) and CRM (SuiteCRM)
