If the answers are yes, yes and yes then have you thought about becoming an Engineering Apprentice with Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group. This is a path that will not only get you a BEng(Hons) Aerospace Engineering degree but pay you while doing so and give you real-world, hands-on experience of working in an aerospace engineering environment.

As an engineering apprentice you will be exposed to a range of knowledge, skills and behaviours to meet the Aerospace Engineer Standard, completing qualifications in:

Our qualified Aerospace Engineers work primarily within specific engineering disciplines such as structural design, avionics, stress engineering, systems engineering and integration, support engineering, aircraft support and more; much more. They are expected to design, develop, specify, analyse, test, validate and modify designs and solutions to satisfy customer requirements and in-service operations.

We will not pretend it’s an easy option - we will challenge you in every way. But, nothing worth having comes easy. If you think you’ve got what it takes then we would love you to hear from you.
