Job Description

Marshall ADG's current and future strategic and tactical Offset operational requirements and relationships with the Offset Authorities for a £150M to £500M offset obligation portfolio

Development of Offset bids and tenders supporting the Business Development and Business Unit operational teams to construct business winning industrial/offset capture plans and proposals.

Execution of the contracted offset/IP plans to schedule, quality and cost. 

Manage and maintain internal and international communications and relationships with all organisations and stakeholders

Coordinate and compile the required internal and external offset/IP reports to maintain the necessary formal communications with the relevant government and non-government authorities and Marshall functional and business unit stakeholders

Management and compliance within internal offset/IP policies and procedures including quality and export control


Minimum HNC/HND/Degree preferred.

Demonstrable and relevant experience essential including capabilities and knowledge of key functional operations and procedures including: -

  • Commercial
  • Manufacturing operations
  • Procurement
  • Project management and LCM
  • Finance
  • Engineering
  • Quality
  • Legal and compliance 

Exceptional communication and interpersonal management skills to operate at all levels up to senior management and director level in military, government and industrial organisations.

The ability to travel internationally and work successfully from remote locations essential.

Due to the nature of our business, all employment is subject to satisfactory references being obtained, attainment of either a SC (Security Check), Disclosure Scotland Criminal Record Check or Foreign Police Check (whichever is applicable depending on duration of UK residency) and, as applicable, a medical assessment. Access to US technical data by employees requires prior Trade Control function approval. Clearance must be carried out against all applicable US export control authorisations.
