Job Description
Job purpose:
Marshall Advanced Composites design and manufacture composite components and structures for a variety of applications in the air, at sea and on land. We are looking for Composite Operatives to join our team at our Kirkbymoorside site in North Yorkshire. As a key part of our Operations Team you may be involved in undertaking a variety of laminating techniques including infusion, hand layup, and pre-preg materials, and / or undertaking assembly activities. The role involves working in line with company procedures and possibly within a clean-room environment. Following instructions and diagrams, you will produce work to a high standard and in line with the customer requirements.
KEY TASKS
Main duties include:
Cloth Cutting
Cloth Laminating
Bagging / consolidation
Assembly activities
Following written instructions or working to drawings
Working as part of a team.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and willing to learn, and who possess:

Experience of working in a production / manufacturing environment

Qualifications
- Good standard of numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Previous experience of working in a composite environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
