Mars Capital was established in 2015 and is a Regulated Credit Servicing Firm, authorised by the by the Central Bank of Ireland and located in Dublin 2. Mars Capital has the capacity and regulatory authority to service loans secured against properties and has €8bn AUM, experiencing significant growth in recent years. We provide services that span the full lifecycle of a loan post origination, from drawdown through to loan administration, asset management, enforcement as well as syndication, securitisation, and standby servicing.

About the Role
Reporting into the HR team, this role will support organisational change, enterprise-wide transformation, process improvement, and technology initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, support transformation projects, and help drive sustainable business transformation and change enablement initiatives with measurable organisational impact.

The role offers broad exposure across organisational change, business transformation, change enablement, process optimisation, AI and technology-enabled improvements, systems enhancement, and project delivery within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the delivery, implementation, and embedding of organisational change initiatives across teams and functions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps, change impacts, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Help drive sustainable business transformation initiatives with measurable organisational impact.
- Support technology initiatives, including systems enhancement, process optimisation, automation, and opportunities to leverage AI-enabled solutions.
- Drive effective change management practices to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
- Collaborate across teams to improve governance, controls, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and management information to enable informed decision-making.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support effective communication throughout change programmes.
- Contribute to creating scalable, efficient, and future-focused ways of working across the business.
Qualifications
Expertise & Experience Required
- Proven experience in HR transformation, organisational change, process improvement, or project delivery.
- Experience supporting technology transformation, systems enhancement, digital change, or process automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable working across HR, Technology, Operations, and wider business stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience working within a regulated or corporate environment.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.
Desirable
- Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or AI-enabled change initiatives.
- Exposure to business transformation or organisational change programmes.
- Understanding of governance, operational risk, or compliance frameworks.
- Relevant qualification in HR, Change Management, Project Management, or related discipline

Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) Fitness & Probity Regime
