Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable contact center solutions using AWS Connect.
  • Integrate AWS Connect with various AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and others to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and deploy serverless applications and APIs using AWS Lambda and Python.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and updates.
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Implement best practices for security, scalability, and performance optimization of AWS Connect solutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and apply fixes and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth implementation of contact center features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest AWS services, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS cloud services and Python development.
  • Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong focus on AWS services.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Connect and other related AWS services.
  • Proficiency in serverless computing using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and AWS best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services development.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or any relevant AWS certification. Candidates with certifications will be given priority consideration.
  • Experience with other AWS services such as Kinesis, SNS, SQS, and Step Functions.
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and related technologies.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
