We have call centers in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Kansas, and Pennsylvania. We are in need of a Facilities Coordinator in our Thornton, CO center. 

Schedule is the following: 

32.5 – 35.5 HOURS PER WEEK
MONDAY – FRIDAY 12:30PM – 7:30PM (WITH ½ HOUR UNPAID LUNCH)
TWO SCHEDULED SATURDAYS PER MONTH 3:00PM – 6:00PM

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all cleaning and tenant required maintenance within the building for our Thornton, CO Call Center location. Based on business needs, you may need to adjust your schedule to any time before, after or during business hours, but be aware that noise and other distractions cannot happen during business hours.
 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
 Responsible for day-to-day monitoring and cleaning of the Thornton facility.
 Responsible for general maintenance of facility either through repair or coordinating the outsourcing with a vendor.
 Main contact for moving furniture, desks, hanging boards, putting new chairs together, painting rooms, etc. as needed.
 Responsible for maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and facility materials to notify Corporate when ordering is needed.
 Weekly wiping down the walls, dusting of offices and agent desks, and routinely cleaning the vent areas.
 Check smoking and break areas throughout the day to ensure compliance and tidiness by employees.
 Responsible for politely correcting any inappropriate behavior witnessed in the smoking area or in company’s space. Coordination with a member of management may be needed if it continues and a verbal reminder is not enough.
 Daily wiping of the break room tables after lunch hour.
 Taking out the trash as needed during the day.
 Daily cleaning of the restrooms, including toilets, floors, sinks, and mirrors as needed. Also includes replacing toilet paper and paper towels when needed. (On Friday’s the Janitor does not work, so you should ensure all done).
 Backup for Saturday and nightly janitorial duties.
 Reports any building issues that may arise.
 Responsible for walking around the center monthly and reporting items that need to be fixed, including changing light bulbs, fixing a squeaky door, etc.
 Outside responsibilities include ensuring the walkways and break areas are clear of debris especially during Winter Weather, icing walkways, shoveling walkways and break areas if needed, and picking up any litter outside.
 During client visits and special events the bathrooms and walkways will need to be cleaned prior to arrival instead of normal schedule.
 Maintain all break rooms (may include cleaning out refrigerator, wiping down break room, wiping down coffee machine, washing sinks, and mopping floors).
 Works with building owner provided contact for fire system checks, sprinkler checks, electricians on site, etc.
 Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Activities: Standing, walking, talking, keyboarding, reaching, eye/hand coordination, and
lifting up to 50 pounds. Climbing on ladder, use of power tools, cleaning
equipment, etc.
Type of work: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time (entire shift), lift boxes or
equipment, stand on a ladder, etc.
Working Conditions: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environment conditions.
