• Manage overall cash position of the company
• Manage AR and AP records
• Receive inventory into corresponding inventory locations
• Complete landed cost analysis on each SKU when receiving is complete
• Manage inventory purchasing process, including cutting PO’s, paying deposits and balances, and receiving PO’s.
• Enter all expenses from company bank statements 
• Complete End-of-Month closing process
• Bank reconciliation, Accruals, etc.
• Complete SKU level performance analysis in order to report overall brand level, as well as SKU level gross margins and operating margins.
• Compute overall company operating margin
• Computing individual employee profit share determined from employee ownership of products.
• Oversee the importing of selling fees associated with each sales channel
• Reconcile each sales channel and its associated income and fees.
• Amazon Settlement Periods for example
• Compute and file quarterly California sales tax payable
• Responsible for managing a $5 million line of credit
• Pay down liability when appropriate to show positive growth

• Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent field.
• 3 years plus experience in a company working for a controller role or CFO equivalent strongly preferred.  
• Experience with Net Suite ERP system (or similar system)
• Ability to work independently in a fast past environment.
