You will be taking ownership of the growth strategy. The initial areas of focus are:

Overseeing growth marketing metrics and team
Customer retargeting (display, telesales, email)
SEO
Content writing (though the majority would be outsourced) and distribution
Referral programmes

They are looking for a smart and driven individual with around 3 years experiencing in the growth and marketing space, preferably with a strong academic background, who wants to grow a successful business with them.
