Rooted Network is a publishing company birthed out of Mariners Church in Southern California producing discipleship resources for the local and global church. Rooted Network seeks to inspire through storytelling, equip through training, and resource through the writing and production of discipleship resources for churches and individuals.

Job Description

  • Prepare and execute strategic marketing plans across all digital channel environments (ex. email, social, website, blog, podcast)
  • Track lead metrics to achieve customer acquisition and retention targets while optimizing cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage all social media accounts and virtual platforms as primary tools for meeting business growth goals
  • Oversee website and online store updates (updating/adding products, creating events, updating pages) and manage external agency partnerships in the execution of site development
  • Develop marketing management processes and implement best practices that lead the team to meet quality standards, schedule deadlines, and budget goals
  • Assist Rooted Network Coaches with event planning and execution to ensure training events run with excellence while coaches focus on building and maintaining relationships ​​​​​​​

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree plus 3-5 years experience in marketing
  • Able to work in WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Suite, Hubspot, Excel, Canva, or similar systems
  • Self-initiative to learn and execute on learnings
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to manage and balance competing priorities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • History of collaborating well with a team
