Job Description

Maricich is seeking an accomplished healthcare marketing data analyst consultant to be an integral part of our team on a part-time / contract basis. The marketing data analyst will be the point person to uncover insights related to promotional campaign activity to help deliver a total marketing performance dashboard for healthcare clients on an ongoing basis. In addition, the marketing data analyst will be client facing and must be able to lead healthcare marketing data related interactions and client/agency team communications to support delivery of a dynamic, client-facing marketing performance dashboard that’s highly valued by all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor campaign and channel performance
  • Analyze extensive quantities of results data
  • Develop insights and present analytical findings to internal team members and clients at regular intervals
  • Lead teams through measurement planning to identify campaigns/websites KPI goals, data requirements and data visualization/reporting needs
  • Support via analytics training, trouble-shooting, and data facilitation with clients management
  • Build a repository of category performance knowledge to inform future strategic planning and optimization
  • Devise strategies for data collection to ensure data streams are optimized to interact with all existing systems and Tableau
  • Design custom client dashboards using Tableau, Google Analytics or other tools
  • Keep up-to-date with healthcare marketing industry trends and latest developments
  • Support clients and client engagement teams on testing strategies and measurement approaches
  • Provide analytics insights and best practices approaches to our clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in a quantitative field/discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in traditional/digital advertising/media and/or marketing, preferably in an analytical role
  • Experience with data visualization software, digital marketing analytics platforms, (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent problem solving, written, verbal, presentation and project management skills
  • Advanced Degree in Statistics, experience with Tableau and proficiency in data querying languages (SQL, Python, etc.) is a plus
