Job Description

  • Focus on deal flow generation and sourcing attractive investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships within the German and European real estate eco-system (brokers, property owners, etc.)
  • Use your creativity and entrepreneurial instinct to drive proprietary deals
  • Collect data for deal evaluation and run initial financial and feasibility assessments
  • Help shaping processes and best practices for the real estate acquisition department
  • Take ownership and working highly independently on various projects

Qualifications

  • You have a strong interest in real estate and a good understanding of the fundamentals
  • Ideally you bring previous deal making experience and an existing network of relationships that will help us generate deal flow
  • You like to work in a structured, performance- and data-driven environment
  • You are able to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • You possess a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and passion for excellence
  • You have the strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to partner across teams, summarise issues, develop recommendations, and make decisions
  • Fluency in German and English required, further languages are a small plus
