• Simplified implementing opportunities to maximize IP protection to resolve IP disputes/litigation on favorable terms and to align IP strategy with business plans.
• Ability to convert IP legal issuesinto readily understandable business issues
• Assess alternatives for filling gap sin the execution of IP strategies.
• Identify and evaluate IP risks associated with potential acquisition targets, including IP ownership issues,transferability of licenses and freedom-to-operate for the target’s product offerings.
