JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong PowerBI skills with at least 3-4 years of professional experience to join our team

BASIC INFORMATION

  • Full-time

  • In Office (Banani)

  • Seniority Level: Level 2 (Entry Level)

  • 10AM - 6 PM (Sun - Thurs) / Flexible Timings based on assigned team

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-4  years of professional work experience

SALARY

  • Competitive package ranging between 50K - 70K BDT / Per Month

  • 2 Festival Bonuses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into impactful Power BI solutions

  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes for optimal data integration

  • Apply Agile methodologies for efficient project execution and collaboration within Power BI development

  • Communicate effectively with international clients, understanding their needs and delivering Power BI solutions that meet their expectations

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field (CSE/EEE/IT/Statistics preferred)

  • We can make an exception if the candidate has visible technical skills

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in creating complex Power BI reports and dashboards

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and ETL processes

  • Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and data integration

  • Advanced Excel knowledge is essential; proficiency in advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
