Job Description
- Work in conjunction with current Process Improvement Coordinators
- Complete weekly and monthly reports
- Complete weekly and monthly graphs
- Address requests for assistance from terminals, interline carriers, as well as internal and external customers
- Monitor daily activities for K&N/ Baxter and Epiroc
- Review Fresenius
- Create service grids
- Review UAD late queue
Qualifications
- Possess good organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and logic skills
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of LTL400
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Post secondary education is an asset
