Job Description

  • Work in conjunction with current Process Improvement Coordinators
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports
  • Complete weekly and monthly graphs
  • Address requests for assistance from terminals, interline carriers, as well as internal and external customers
  • Monitor daily activities for K&N/ Baxter and Epiroc
  • Review Fresenius
  • Create service grids
  • Review UAD late queue

Qualifications

  • Possess good organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and logic skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of LTL400
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Post secondary education is an asset
