Job Description
- Scan in BOL’s and POD’s
- Monitor the Exceptions Queue
- Filing
- Order office supplies
- Accounts Payable
- Audit Deck invoices
- Audit Finning invoices
- Manage Training System
- Upload Training documents
- OS&D
- Review AS400 reports and update as needed
- Manage the Prorate and licensing of vehicles
- Assist New Hires as needed
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- • Pleasant mannerism is required
- • Well organized
- • Ability to work unsupervised
- • Knowledge of computers and typing skills are essential
- • Excellent data entry and listening/communicating skills
- • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- • Ability to handle stressful situations and keep calm
- • Team player
- • Excellent communication skills, both orally & written
