Job Description
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and team members to coordinate and manage the successful pick-up and delivery of orders.
- Track and trace orders within our network and provide timely updates to customers and team members.
- Provide rates to customers based on established company pricing tariffs and programs.
- Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 Years of Experience in the Transportation Industry
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite) an asset
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000
