• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) regularly
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Basic computer skills for inventory management tasks
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• WHMIS certification (preferred)
• Previous experience in warehouse or dock work (preferred)
• Experience with loading/unloading trucks and containers (preferred)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
